You have done all of the leg work but now you just need some logistical guidance to make sure the day runs smoothly. This package is for you! Aisle Ready Events will coordinate with your vendors and make sure we have everything needed to take over a month in advance allowing you to focus on enjoying your event.
Service includes:
Virtual Walkthrough and overview of your event
Vendor coordination and management the month leading up to the event.
Vendor coordination of all arrival and departure times, event set up and strike.
Timeline management for month-of leading up to event.
Event timeline development and execution.
Event day-of coordination (including 1 hour rehearsal for weddings) and day-of-event management through setup to event completion (up to 10 hours)
Advice and etiquette regarding industry standards and proper tipping of vendors.
