Customized design proposal created just for your event and that covers all the aesthetics and details necessary to make your celebration one-of-a-kind! Event design proposal includes (but is not limited to): color pallet linens, paper products, florals, cake design, menu styling, lighting, lounges, linens, tabletop design, custom backdrops, overall event layout design, hospitality bags, event favors and more.
Assembling, Addressing & Sending Out Invitations and Save the Dates
RSVP and Guest List Management
Research hotel accommodations & negotiate group room blocks for guest
Attendance to all wedding planning meetings including: Tastings, design meetings, and more
Wedding Party and Guest Email Notifications
Assistance with DIY projects, wedding errand running, picking up and returning of rentals (when necessary)
Complete event day coordination (unlimited hours) including management, set-up, event execution and strike (including 1 hour wedding party rehearsal for wedding celebrations)
